Blaze Dispatch LLC ("Blaze") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the Blaze website collects and how it is used.

Information you provide

If you send a question or a carrier application, you may provide your name, trucking company name, USDOT or MC number, phone number, email address, equipment details, preferred lanes and factoring status, and any message you write.

How information is used

Blaze uses this information to respond to you, review carrier eligibility, and discuss dispatch services. Blaze does not sell your information.

Carrier screening

Blaze may review publicly available FMCSA operating authority, insurance, and safety information to evaluate a potential carrier relationship. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.

Text messages

If you check the optional box allowing a text reply, Blaze may text you about your application only. This is not consent to marketing texts. You can ask Blaze to stop texting you at any time.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions on Blaze's behalf. Blaze keeps submitted information only as long as needed to respond and to manage any dispatch relationship.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics are added, this policy will be updated first.
